I have been impressed with the knowledge of the technicians and their willingness to answer questions. I see them twice a year for routine maintenance. Their latest work for me was installing a drain pan under the unit in the attic, not the easiest place to access. Very pleased!

Fast and thorough service.
This is a New Build that Cozy worked with the Builder. The Heat Pump had a leak at the valve in the Furnace Room, called Cozy and they came out, fixed the issue.
