Cozy heating was great to work with from Justin who came out and did inital inspection, presented products and cost and finally an installation date. Installation went smooth and took a day and a half. I updated my gas furnace and added AC. ALSO did my hot water tank at the same time for a VERY reasonable cost. It's a service they provide for their customers when doing HVAC system updates only. Additionally this happened September of 2023 but came time for real summer and to turn the AC on full blast and just something wasn't working as the house was no getting cold. Called them up they came out within the next couple days. Diagnosed the issue (motor was a problem) fixed it with a temp part and ordered the original warranty part and came back out and installed it. Of course free of charge. Their customer service alone is fabulous. Also all the communication is wonderful too.
