We bought a new heat pump and furnace over a year ago, our heat pump quit on us so we called. it was just out of warranty but they replace the parts under warranty so no cost to us. A week later we had the same issue happen, they did some research and determined there was a problem with some of the motors. Again they replaced the parts free of charge.. Hopefully we got it fixed this time.

Excellent service on my heater. Was able to resolve the problem on the day with a replacement part. The employee answered all my questions and concerns.

Their service was exceptional! We had an appt for a Friday however, our furnace started acting up over the weekend. I left a message and first thing Monday morning got a phone call for service the same day! Tristan was great, very knowledgeable and polite. We would highly recommend Cozy Heating!

I definitely recommend cozy heating, the office was able to get a salesman out, and also able to get the install on schedule quickly. Brian and Nick did a great job on the install, they explained everything and answered all my questions and were very patient with my crazy dogs who just wanted to be in their business!
