Gas furnace quit working. Tristan, from Cozy, came out the day following our call to Cozy. He determined the problem, ordered the replacement part, and returned within 48 hours to make the replacement. Completely satisfied with the service.
Built a new upper scale home on Camano and had Cozy Heating install the air source mini-split system as well as a Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV) (and an air source hot water heater that will be plumbed next week). The professionalism in design and install was impressive. Everyone is super-nice and easy to deal with, punctual, and responsive. I looked at six different HVAC companies and decided to go with Cozy - glad I did!

Cozy Heating on call after hours price is reasonable. The technician came on time, very respectful to the property of customer and did a good job. The technician is an asset to the company. Cozy Heating will try their best to accommodate customer needs so that won't be living in a cold house especially this winter. Job well done, highly recommendable.
Ive used Cozy Heating for going on 6 years. I have their monthly plan. They are a delight to work with: They call me when Im due for a semi-annual check. And they change all my filters as well as make sure everything is working correctly. The technicians are always on time, very respectful of the property and pleasant to work with. They are the best in my book.
