I was very happy with the service I received. The tech was very nice and took the time to show me how to change my furnace filter. He also answered questions about my hot water tank that had been installed by Cozy Heating years ago.
My cozy technician was very knowledgeable and efficient as well as polite and friendly. I was very pleased with my semi annual servicing of my furnace.

Our furnace went out, at the beginning of the busy season for HVAC as far as heating. I called to get on the wait-list for service, and magically, one of their guys had an opening between jobs. He came out and fixed us up. Very knowledge, very professional, no pushy up sales, it was exactly how a customer should be treated. I'll definitely keep them in mind for future needs.
