The technician Dillon was great. He explained everything in great detail and was very professional. The office staff have been pleasant to work with too.
We had a situation occur when our heat went out at 1am. Our household includes temperature sensitive critters so no heat in the middle of a cold February night is potentially a major disaster. Thankfully Cozy Heating had an availability right away and we had one of their fine technicians diagnose and repair our errant furnace. Everyone is safe and sound and we're incredibly grateful. Their technician was prompt, professional, upbeat, and fast! Prices were reasonable given the urgency and cost of parts factored in. Two thumbs up!

They had a little trouble getting the new system to work with the old configuration, but were extremely responsive in getting someone out here to finish the job at no extra cost. That was great customer service. Much appreciated.

Last summer we had a new furnace installed and added a AC unit to go with it. Both my wife and I had waited many years to get one. The crew from Cozy Heating was outstanding in their service and were all very helpful when we asked questions. We give them FIVE stars!
Cozy Heating has been responsive and professional with us. When we've had issues, they responded in a fair and business-like manner. We signed up for the maintenance plan and find them to perform better than expected. We would recommend them to our friends and neighbors.
