We've been with Cozy Heating since 2012. They come out and maintain our heat and cooling system twice a year. Their prices are reasonable and the technicians are professional, polite and they always explain in detail the maintenance they have performed, and answer any questions I might have. The few times I have had any issues, they have been out on the same day or the next. I rate their customer service an A+. I will never use anyone else for my heating and cooling services. I would highly recommend Cozy Heating.

Recently bought a house with a heat pump which didn't heat properly. Terry serviced the unit, found a couple of other issues, and gave me a rundown of how the components worked. Excellent customer service.
Update several years later: Chris has been out several times for maintenance and installing a drain pan (in the attic). I'm extremely pleased with his work!

Cozy is a mid-level priced HVAC company and they are as good or better than any outfit in that category. You can pay double for gold-plated systems designed by NASA scientists (at least they think they are) if you have loads of money. Or you can also pay double to unscrupulous shysters who prey on the uninformed. Cozy workers don't cut corners and will stay with a job till it's complete. I have used 6 other HVAC companies in the past and luckily I haven't been burned, but some have frustrated me by foolish workmanship and being ignorant of code changes and emerging technology. I would have zero hesitation to hire Cozy again.

Joe at Cozy Heating/AC is one of the nicest gentleman running a business I have ever met and done business with. This is the first time I met and received services from his company. He installed complete new heat A/C system. Looks like he has high standards for employees as everyone was hard working and very polite. They kept me informed each step of the way and did extras especially when installing the compressor pad, making corrections from the previous company without being asked. Wife was impressed with their cleanup as was I. Price was very attractive and their work left everything very pleasing. I did a lot of the work on building our house and can tell when a contractor cares about work quality. Joe and Cozy's work force deserves the highest rating.
