I noticed a slow leak beneath a hot water heater that was installed by Cozy last year. They promptly sent out a technician who turned out to be the individual that installed the heater. He quickly identified the problem as a flex connection that had loosened and retightened then checked the other connections. They considered the work a $0 warranty service even though they could have technically argued that the leak was identified beyond the labor warranty period.
I appreciate that they did the right thing.

We already had a forced air system and decided it was time to add central air conditioning. After shopping around and gathering several quotes, their price was by far the best without sacrificing quality.

The team installed the condenser unit cleanly on the side of the house, keeping the line set neat, secured, and perfectly integrated into our existing ductwork. They were professional, worked efficiently, and left the work area spotless.

The system was up and running smoothly in no time, and the house cools down amazingly fast. Outstanding pricing, expert workmanship, and a top-tier installation from start to finish!

He spent around 30 minutes walking me through my HVAC setup, explaining why I was experiencing such a large temperature difference between floors, and giving me practical advice on how to use the system more efficiently and what options would actually make sense for my home. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and generous with his time, and I came away understanding my system so much better than I did before. I really appreciated how thoughtful and helpful he was throughout the visit. Absolutely a 5-star experience, and I would happily call Cozy Heating again in the future.
