I can't say enough great things about Cozy Heating! The office was very responsive and got me on their schedule super quick, and they were very communicative through the scheduling process. I can't say enough about our tech, Tristan! He was the most professional, thorough, kind and considerate guy! He showed up exactly when he said he would, kept us informed of every step of the repair, always wore protective booties when in the house, and made me feel very confident that the job was done right. We'll definitely call them again first for our heating/cooling needs!
It's always a pleasure to see my service person he is always very pleasant to chat with and if there is anything wrong he explains the problem and what had to be done to fix it. I would recommend this company to everyone.
