Had trouble with our Hitachi heating unit, couple of other technicians came but was not able to diagnose but Dylan from Cozy was able to find in his first visit and fixed the problem.
Cozy Heating was able to get to my home much faster than any of the other companies I contacted. And at the best price! The technician was professional, knowledgeable and did a thorough job checking everything with our HVAC system. Will definitely recommend!

Working with Cozy Heating was a new experience. Cozy was very thorough in assessing our home to determine the best efficient heating and air conditioning plan. Representatives were courteous and took time explaining the operational aspects of both units, and also how to navigate the AccuLink electronic thermostat. We are pleased with our system and Cozy Heating.
When required, service is a high priority for us! We had considerable confidence in Joe during the planning and installation. We have also experienced excellent customer support from Lisa in the office, and a genuine interest and support from Lisa to make sure that issues are timely addressed. During the two occasions we have required technical support, Tristan has arrived within the window of time scheduled, and been a very professional representative for the company. Tristan has also corrected the issues within a reasonable period of time and took time to clearly explain the problem he discovered.

They came out the day after I called. They fixed the problem and didn't try to upsell or sell me something I didn't need. Services fee was well justified and not high.
I am so glad I called Cozy Heating. Alex was promptly on time, respectful of the property and our spaces, communicated everything he was doing and listened to my concerns. He was thorough and helpful with our heat pump and furnace diagnosis. I will definitely continue to call CH for all our needs in the future. Give them a shout! It wasn't more than a few days to get on the schedule and the office schedulers were very professional too.

I have had a service maintenance contract with Cozy Heating for several years. For a nominal fee, they come out 2X a year to check our furnace and *********** They clean or replace the filters and check out the operating systems. They use a check-out form to ensure each item is inspected. We are very satisfied with the outstanding service they have provided. Highly recommend.
