Our heat pump had not been working properly for about 32 days. It has been very cold in our house, about 60 degrees during these many 20-23 degree nights and 40 degree days. Tristan came to our house and did good service on our heat pump. He was very professional and courteous, explaining all the service and adjustments he was performing on our system. It feels so amazing to have our heat back again. I will be happy to recommend Cozy Heating to anyone looking for service on their heating system.

Steven was very helpful and found some things that needed fixing to make our heat pump perform better, He was very helpful and considerate while explaining the things I had questions on.
Really impressed with these guys they went the extra mile to get my old heater up and running just for one more season. If I will definitely use them to update this summer...
