Cozy installed a whole new hvac system in my newly built home. They thought about where things should go, asked questions, made time to get out and finish things for inspections. We ran into an issue with vibrations and they had a service technician out to diagnose the problem. Jimmy Bruce and I talked and the heat transfer pump is being moved. Really a good group to work with.

We really appreciated how thorough Chris was in going through our HVAC system. He took great care to look over every part of the system and make sure everything was working great. He explained in detail issues he found and provided photos to show what he was doing. We will definitely use them again for all of our properties.

Gas furnace quit working. Tristan, from Cozy, came out the day following our call to Cozy. He determined the problem, ordered the replacement part, and returned within 48 hours to make the replacement. Completely satisfied with the service.
Built a new upper scale home on Camano and had Cozy Heating install the air source mini-split system as well as a Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV) (and an air source hot water heater that will be plumbed next week). The professionalism in design and install was impressive. Everyone is super-nice and easy to deal with, punctual, and responsive. I looked at six different HVAC companies and decided to go with Cozy - glad I did!
The ease of scheduling and how the service tech Steve was able to find the issue with our heat pump in literally minutes, sat down with us and went over the pictures and recommended repairs with cost. Very impressed with the service and the cost. The tech did everything he could to save us as much as possible and that is greatly appreciated. Highly recommend Cozy heating!!
