Courtesy 1-year inspection of new furnace done at their prompting in order to assure any installation and equipment warranties would still be in effect. 45 minutes on site at no charge. No issues found.
Steven was prompt, knowledgeable and explained along with a picture, the problem my furnace was having. He came back and corrected it within a few days at a reasonable price, and as a lot of time customer, I'm very happy to have Cozy Heating to rely on.
Cozy did the original HVAC install in our home 6 years ago. Signed up for their twice a year maintenance program, which is reasonably priced. Our system is checked twice a year, has had no issues. Highly recommend their services.

When I called Cozy Heating, Kelsi answered the phone and was so courteous and helpful! My furnace pilot light went out and was able to send their technician, Stephen, out to me within less than 2 hours! He was very polite and was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Thank you both for such a wonderful experience!
