Steven was prompt, knowledgeable and explained along with a picture, the problem my furnace was having. He came back and corrected it within a few days at a reasonable price, and as a lot of time customer, I'm very happy to have Cozy Heating to rely on.
Cozy did the original HVAC install in our home 6 years ago. Signed up for their twice a year maintenance program, which is reasonably priced. Our system is checked twice a year, has had no issues. Highly recommend their services.

When I called Cozy Heating, Kelsi answered the phone and was so courteous and helpful! My furnace pilot light went out and was able to send their technician, Stephen, out to me within less than 2 hours! He was very polite and was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Thank you both for such a wonderful experience!
Cozy Heating has amazing customer service, professional and very fair pricing overall. We had AC installed last year and the thermostat stopped working and they were able to come fix it next day, just in time for the warm weather! I recommend them 5/5!

Each team Member went above and beyond, from my initial call to Nicholas, to Marcello Steven taking ahold and seeing each step of the process through swiftly and professionally all while explaining our difficult situation so that the clients understood. Alex testing and going the extra mile to make sure everything was on and working as well as explaining each question we had! Truly a great experience ?????????? all the way!
Remember when service and pride and courtesy was a mark of a great company with great employees well cozy heating and their technician Chris exemplify that again we had a air filtration installed the company offered us a fair price, and Chris provided the installation and respect both his work and for us. It was a pleasure dealing with both of them. He and Cozy will be our healing company for the future.
