My technician, Alex (?), was professional, polite and helpful. He explained everything he did, and even helped me with a filter door that had just been duct taped closed. Highly recommend!
I can't say enough great things about Cozy Heating! The office was very responsive and got me on their schedule super quick, and they were very communicative through the scheduling process. I can't say enough about our tech, Tristan! He was the most professional, thorough, kind and considerate guy! He showed up exactly when he said he would, kept us informed of every step of the repair, always wore protective booties when in the house, and made me feel very confident that the job was done right. We'll definitely call them again first for our heating/cooling needs!

The technician arrived about 1-1/2 hours early. He introduced himself, stated where he was from. He was polite and friendly. I explained what problems I had been having with my air conditioning system and stated that I wanted to have him do the maintenance on the heating and air conditioning systems. I was able to ask him questions about maintaining the system (such as what kind of filter I should be using, when I should change the filter, how I should clean the coils on the air conditioner unit outside, etc). He showed me how to properly set the thermostat so it maintained the inside temperature I wanted. He explained to me about a maintenance program I could sign up for where they would come every 3 months and service the heating and air conditioning systems, replace the filter, etc. I received a discount for my first service, then there is a monthly fee (which is nice because the payments are spread out over the year). I would recommend Cozy Heating, Inc. for repairs and maintenance on your heating and air conditioning systems.
Well, my wife and I couldn't be happier with Cozy Heating! It was time for a natural gas furnace replacement, maybe even a little overdue. Since we were doing the furnace, we decided to add some cooling as well. I did a fair amount of research on best options for us so had a reasonable conclusion when I contacted three different HVAC contractors for bids and discuss options.
Justin with Cozy sales was impressive.... very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He asked great questions trying to understand our wants and needs, ultimately providing us five different proposals that would work for us and well within our budget.
For us, a natural gas furnace replacement and new traditional A/C installation was the right answer. The other HVAC contractors were unimpressive. So, we selected one of Justin's proposals and scheduled the installation the following week.
Nick and Thomas were the installation team. Again, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The were kind enough to answer all of my questions about installation, operations, and maintenance. Good guys that worked hard, did a very clean install, and provided overall exceptional service in every way.
