Was without heat all weekend so I called and sandy assisted. She was polite, professional and funny. She was able to schedule me right away. Within 2 hours Terry was here with a smile and tools ready to rock. He was very nice but professional. He located the problem right away and the heat was on. He was excellent and we are happy that cozy has such competent people working for them like sandy and Terry. Thanks so much and will definitely give referrals to friends and family.
Recently bought a house with a heat pump which didn't heat properly. Terry serviced the unit, found a couple of other issues, and gave me a rundown of how the components worked. Excellent customer service.
My heater was leaking water in the attic. I called Cozy Heating due to their high google ratings. Everything was exceptional... the receptionist who did the scheduling, the technician who came out (Christopher), and the prices were reasonable. I was so impressed, that I had the same tech service my A/C units the following week. He was very thorough, experienced, and polite. I would highly recommend this business and will use them again in the future.

He called to say he was coming soon, which is so appreciated when you are scheduled for a window of time. He was cordial and helpful. Informative about what he will be doing. Knocked on the garage asking if it is fine to come in for checking the thermostat. And will be sure I get a paper copy which I needed this time because my iPad is down. Great experience all around!
They replaced my ancient furnace with a new one. The crew worked hard to get it done in one day. I was really happy with them from start to finish! Would definitely recommend.
