This is a New Build that Cozy worked with the Builder. The Heat Pump had a leak at the valve in the Furnace Room, called Cozy and they came out, fixed the issue.
Arrived right in time, worked professionally while I was taking meetings, answered all my questions. Very pleased.

I've been a contractor for 35 years. Stan at Cozy heating besides being a great human being is a the most qualified tech I've ever met. I don't use any one else but Cozy Heating.

I was very happy with the service I received. The tech was very nice and took the time to show me how to change my furnace filter. He also answered questions about my hot water tank that had been installed by Cozy Heating years ago.
My cozy technician was very knowledgeable and efficient as well as polite and friendly. I was very pleased with my semi annual servicing of my furnace.
