We bought a new heat pump and furnace over a year ago, our heat pump quit on us so we called. it was just out of warranty but they replace the parts under warranty so no cost to us. A week later we had the same issue happen, they did some research and determined there was a problem with some of the motors. Again they replaced the parts free of charge.. Hopefully we got it fixed this time.

Brian and Nick did a great job on the install, they explained everything and answered all my questions and were very patient with my crazy dogs who just wanted to be in their business!
