We are looking for a Comfort Consultant to come work for a multi-generational family business. Established in 1978, Cozy Heating has provided exceptional service to the Puget Sound area. Here you can be a part of a growing company that has a small family feel with the resources of a large company. You will make home/site visits, find the needs of clients and sell the job. You will be their point of contact from beginning to end. Although sales positions and HVAC experience can be a bonus, it is NOT required, we will train the right person!

This sales opportunity offers competitive pay and starts you out during the training process with a base income as you work towards building commissionable sales. Training period is set on individual salespersons skill level and ability to self-manage. Pay structure is bi-weekly base pay and monthly commission deposits.

HVAC Installation Helpers needed. We are looking for individuals with great attitude and a strong work ethic that are ready to learn to grow in the industry. 

Primary duties: 

 - Works well under minimum supervision to install HVAC equipment

 - Strong organizational and communication skills

 - Use power tools and aid installation of equipment and ducting

 - Ability to lift up to 75lbs.

 - Work from elevated surfaces such as aerial lifts and climb ladders

 - Possess a valid Drivers License/Reliable transportation

 - Ability to pass background check
